Please read this agreement carefully before registering. By signing up or using the Blackcat Mikrotik Management System, you agree to all terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Scope of Service

Blackcat Mikrotik is a platform for managing MikroTik devices over the internet, including Router management, Hotspot User management, SD-WAN Monitoring, and Sub-user management.

2. Account & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity or violations of this agreement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the system for illegal activities, sending spam, accessing other tenants' data, or security testing without written permission.

4. Data & Privacy

• Router credentials stored in the system are kept securely.
• We will not disclose your data to third parties except as required by law.
• You may request deletion of your data at any time via the Profile page.

5. Suspension & Termination

• You may cancel your account at any time; data will be deleted within 7 days.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this agreement without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "As-Is". We are not liable for damages arising from use of the system or force majeure events.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with at least 7 days' notice.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
